New Temari Book from Japan!

We are SO excited!!! A new temari book has just come out
from JTA and it includes temari by the applicants who passed Level 3 certification
(Shihan) in 2009. Guess who that is????

The three temari that each of us sent to Japan (so that's nine in all ) are in
the book along with those submitted by the other Shihan. One of Kathy's even
made the cover.
We were so lucky to have a wonderful mentor, Ai Mizuta, who encouraged us and
answered so many questions and did our translations. Ai said I could go ahead
and tell you guys. If you want to order the book, it's on her website - the last
one in the book section. Ai said it is her dream come true that books in the
21st century will include temari from makers located all around the world. She
