Blue Stars Online Class
This project was a great learning experience. The help from Barb and the others doing the project were very informative. The ideas she leaves you with to use the pattern in other design forms and also other pieces of information she shares with you are very useful. Hi everyone. I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed doing an online temari class. It really keeps you on schedule and I can't say enough about Barb's directions, illustrations and photos! How lucky are we to have the technology and Barb's talent to all be able to do this all together, from our own corners of the world! I can't wait for the next class to begin! Just letting you know that I finished by Blue Stars Temari last night and I am very pleased with the results (and myself). It was only the second C10 I have attempted and I must say that your instructions made it so easy. They are so clear and easy to follow with the diagrams that it all makes sense now. I wanted to let you know that I have finished all of my class assignments and challenges. Thank you so much for your work in planning this. I have learned so much. I think I have done a good job on all of it. I see little mistakes that I did not notice while doing the work, but I also see improvement in my work. I'm really proud that I was able to look at the last challenge and know exactly what to do and how to do it! I used the challenge balls to try and get rid of some thread that I didn't really like --and surprise, they ended up looking great! Go figure! Thank you again, Kathy G. (Mississippi)

You have a permanent place here in my home. Having finished the class projects and delighted with the results, I am into your book and making maris left and right. Loved the class, Thursday am will not be the same. While the coffee was brewing I was at the computer printing off the weekly lesson. The charts were easy to follow and before I knew it I had finished the weekly section and making another mari or two. I signed up for the class to help get thru the Feb. snows here in Upstate NY and believe me, I don't remember another February that went by this fast. Super job, Barb. Gloria (New York)

course was--great instructions, examples, and skill builders. I've been
making temari for less than a year, and was beginning to be a little bored,
but your course opened up a whole new way of thinking and of looking at
design possibilities. Now I don't think I'll ever become bored.
