Book Japanese Temari

Elegant Temari From Old Osaka and Kyoto (Naniwa & Miyako Temari) by Kiyoko Urata and Mayo Shimazaki

4-8377-0695-9. 72 pages. Published 1995 by Macaw.

My copy of this book is filled with sticky notes to mark my favorite temari. I’ve stitched many of these and would like to make them all! Truly a spectacular book of intermediate to advanced designs with excellent diagrams. Stained glass designs, applique, and free embroidery are included on all divisions and markings.
